Acura RD-X Concept Car to Premier at 2005 Detroit Auto Show
Acura has announced the Acura RD-X Concept car will premier at the 2005 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan. The Acura RD-X is a concept version of the still to be released Acura entry SUV, which is reported go on sale in 2006. Acura sources state the vehicle combines the performance of an Acura sports sedan with the utility and versatility of a premium SUV.
The RD-X is to be marketed to active urban professionals, and Acura hopes to be successful with features including superb performance and technology. The RD-X Concept features aggressive styling, a wide track, bold fender flares, and a unique wood and leather interior. Additional details are to be announced Jan. 9th at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
